Due to New Federal Regulations account information can only be released to the account holder or a authorized representative of the account holder.  If your name is not listed on the account we will not be able to release any information to you.  Please call the Wasilla Office and update your account information.  Account holders will also be asked to verify their Social Security Number, Drivers License, State ID, or for businesses, Tax Identification Number when calling in about their account.  Any changes to authorized users on your account can be emailed or mailed to the Wasilla Office.  Please email requests to yukon@yukontel.com or mail the requests to the above Mailing Address.  In the May 1, 2007 billing a there was a form to Update your authorized users and account information.  Please mail this form back to the Wasilla Office at the above address to insure your convenience when accessing your account.
